Using the internet for research- To research and create a 3-5 page essay on Shakespeare using reliable sources.
Blogging- To express their ideas and discuss them with other students in a educational atmosphere
Podcasting (like a radio show)- To learn how to use podcasts to increase their knowledge.
Presentation- To create a short 3-5 minute powerpoint on their research paper.
Making a movie (students)- Students will be given the tools to create a short (4-7) minute video involving a modern interpertation of a Shakespeare scene.
Using YouTube- Students will upload their videos to youtube and watch similiar videos.
Mapping- Students will map the globe theatre, is birthplace and various other important locations in the life of the writer.
Digital Storytelling- Students will use technology to write a short single scene play based on characters or themes of Shakespeare.
Google Tools-Students will use google tools to create a website about Shakespeare.
Timeline- Students will create a timeline about Shakespeare's life and important pieces of work.
Writing a book- Students will work in small groups to cimpile a short book based on their Shakespearian language.
Graphing- Students will create a graph showing Shakespeare's work output.
